PAUL BLUNDELL

CEO, THE PROGRAMMING RESEARCH GROUP

Paul has 35 years of business experience with more than half in the software industry. He has served as chief executive of various companies over the last 30 years and has been involved in a number of start-up operations. Paul has held key positions at a number of major international companies including Spectrum Energy and Exploration Services, Merlin Geophysical Ltd, and Sefel Geophysical. Mr. Blundell has an MA from Trinity College · Dublin University.

Bhav Chauhan

CFO, THE PROGRAMMING RESEARCH GROUP

Bhav is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years in-depth financial and practical management experience and, is responsible for treasury, accounting, audit, and investor relations at the company. Additionally, she manages HR and facilities. Previously, Bhav held various senior management positions at a number of large organizations including Sefel Geophysical Ltd, Spectrum Energy and Information Technology Ltd., Zoo Clothing Ltd, and Ultimate Clothing Ltd.

HARRY DEHALY

HEAD OF SALES

Harry is an accomplished sales professional with over 20 years of experience in high value IT solution sales. Harry joined Programming Research as a senior sales executive in February 2000 to establish a sales footprint in the United States targeting defense, automotive and medical sectors. More recently he was responsible for the company's growth in Asia Pacific, setting up direct and channel infrastructure. Based on his extensive international experience he was selected as a member of the Department of Trade and Industry - Software and Computer Services advisory panel.

John McConnell

Marketing Director

John has spent the whole of his career working in technology businesses, both big and small - challenging these organisations to become market / business driven. John spent 13 years at Motorola where he was Business and Product Marketing Director for the $150m 2-way radio business in Europe, Middle East & Africa. He then joined QoSmetrics a technology startup, developing test tools to help to deliver value added IP services. Immediately prior to joining Programming Research John spent 5 years as a Senior Manager at Accenture, spearheading the company's drive into embedded software, cumulating with Accenture's acquisition of Nokia's Symbian development team. John has BSc in Physics from Warwick University, a MBA from Manchester Business School and he is also a Member for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT

Fergus Bolger

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Fergus is a 30-year veteran of the hardware and software computing industry. During his 13 years at Amdahl Corporation and over the past 12 years with Programming Research, Fergus filled management and engineering roles in development and advanced testing. He has extensive experience with mainframe, client-server, Unix and Windows platforms and has special interest in software process, software systems design, automated tooling, and high-quality and maintainable large software systems. Fergus earned his Degree and Masters in Engineering from University College Dublin.

Jill Britton

MANAGER, CONSULTING SERVICES GROUP

Jill has 30 years of software experience in a variety of areas including defense, automotive, telecommunications and education. She has in-depth knowledge of design, development and quality processes and a particular interest in coding standards. At Programming Research, Jill leads a world-wide group of high-capability technical consultants in delivering added-value products and services to customers. Jill holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Brunel University.
